I really love the Banh Mi at Simply Vietnam Express. The bread is soft, yet crunchy; the barbecue pork is super flavorful and it’s got a bit of heat if you add jalapenos. Simply Vietnam Express, 3381 Cleveland Ave, Santa Rosa.

Rangpur More cocktail at Duke’s Spirited Cocktails. I am so enamored of Tara Jasper’s botanical-forward gin made right here in Sonoma County. The cocktail includes Sipsong Indira gin, peppercorns, Rangpur lime shrub, saffron bitters and house tonic. If you haven’t tried some of Duke’s other crafted cocktails, you’re missing out. They’re incredible. 111 Plaza St., Healdsburg.
