That might be fine if you’re an elf, but for serious pommes frites fanatics, it’s all or nothing. Sonoma County has no end of great fries, best served with aioli, but we won’t pass up some homemade ketchup — or even a little Heinz 57. Only one place in Sonoma for FrenchFries that are the best???
Not interested in Petaluma, Sonoma, or Healdburg….
The best place for fries is my kitchen. Hand cut spuds, seasoned to taste, and cooked in the tumbler in my air fry oven. No oils, or fats. In my expert opinion, based on 65 yrs. experience, tasting fries all over the world, – ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
