Streetside Asian Grill: This Asian-fusion food truck seems an odd pick for the best cheesesteak in Sonoma County, but trust us, it is. Crispy bits of steak, grilled onions, bell pepper, white American cheese and mayo on an Amoroso Baking Co. roll (from Philly). The cheesesteak isn’t always on the menu, but you usually can find details on the daily menu at instagram.com/streetsideasiangrill. Sonoma County has some great barbecue but the perfect cheesesteak, which I’ve spent six months searching for, is far more difficult to come by.
