Tendejons return at Cocina

Outdoor communal suppers in Hburg

Healdsburg chef Mateo Granados is bringing back his wildly popular Tendejon dinners–communal outdoor gatherings focused around rotisserie meats, cocktails and seasonal side dishes. The events will be hosted on the back patio of his new restaurant, Cocina Latina, Wednesday and Thursday nights with suckling pig, lamb or whole roasted Yucatan-style chickens. Dinners are $35 per person and reservations are suggested. 214 Healdsburg Ave. at Mill St., Healdsburg, 707-433-1520.

  1. Best discovery of the weekend: Finding Mateo at the Wells Fargo Center Farmers Market! We finally made it to the market’s new location today. We had a fabulous breakfast. Huevos rancheros for me and a pork quesadilla for he. Heaven!

Very very happy to hear about the tendejon dinners at Mateo’s restaurant. We’ll be frequent flyers.
