  1. Why East West on Summerfield Road is not mentioned is beyond belief. Their food is tastier, more interesting, and healthier than any of the featured places’ food. And EW portions are very generous, the staff is a delight, and the prices are very reasonable.

  2. I personally love Lita;s Cafe run by Lita and her kids for over 20 years. I started eating the Spuds Special there when I was attending the JC and still love the food. Most of the places you listed are over rated and will be gone in the next 3 to 5 years. Naked Pig for one is way over rated.

      1. Lita bought back her restaurant. She’s back and better then ever! Stop on in and enjoy great food & service at everyone’s fave neighborhood spot!!

  3. I would like to add Carlos’ Country Kitchen on College Ave. to the list. It is a great little place for classic breakfast fare. Fresh food, big portions, reasonable prices. Also, I just want to point out that Bella Rosa Cafe and Starting from Scratch Cafe are not in Santa Rosa, they are in unincorporated Sonoma County.

  4. Bella Rosa Cafe lists Village Bakery as a supplier….they haven’t been in business since the flood earlier in the year…

          1. They are not within Santa Rosa city limits. They are in unincorporated Sonoma County. Look on a map if you don’t believe me.

          2. Unincorporated Santa Rosa is still Santa Rosa idiot.

Unincorporated Santa Rosa isn’t Windsor, Petaluma or Los Angeles. Quit wasting my time dumb sh*t.

          3. Except it’s not unincorporated Santa Rosa, it’s unincorporated Sonoma County. I should know, I live in Larkfield, NOT Santa Rosa. Any reply, other than an admission of your error, will be ignored.

      1. No, of course not! I don’t like unhealthy food, which many of the places listed serve, which are not my idea of quality food. You can tell a lot about a restaurant’s food by just looking at the menu.
