Graziano’s purchased by Jan Rosen

Cheesecake baker steps in to historic Petaluma restaurant

Graziano

J.M. Rosen Cheesecake owner Jan Rosen is reportedly taking over Graziano’s in Petaluma, according to Petaluma Patch. Owner Graziano Perozzi plans to retire from the historic restaurant at 170 Petaluma Blvd. North. Rosen owned J.M. Rosen’s Waterfront Grill in the Golden Eagle Shopping Center and Rosen’s Eastside Grill, and was involved in a  Petaluma nightclub.  She sold her stake in all three after the death of her sister and business partner, Michelle, in 2004.

  7. Graziano’s is a Petaluma institution and his presence will be very much missed! Many special occasions have been celebrated by many there! I have always loved Graziano’s food and his walking around visiting the diners created the perfect Italian ambience! I wish the restaurant and Jan Rose the best of luck! And congratulations to Graziano on his retirement!

  10. Oh My…..I live in Santa Rosa but used to go to Petaluma for lunch at JM Rosens for the steamed clams at lunch time. Never ever had better steamed clams, even on the Oregon or Washington coast.

Please tell me you will be open for lunch and have the steamed clams. We cannot drive after dark anymore.
