The place has the look and feel of a downscale sports bar, with seven flat-screen TVs and dozens of beers and ales available. The menu seems pub-grubby, too, but the food is carefully prepared in-house from fresh ingredients. The beef in the seven different kinds of burgers is grass fed. The fish tacos are praiseworthy. The menu is large and prices moderate. If you wonder why the walls are decorated with huge photos of Mount Everest, it’s because the owner, Jangbu Sherpa, has reached the summit of that mountain five times.
