Paul Hobbs wines are fermented with native yeasts, aged in French oak, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Their focus is crafting small production vineyard designate wines from distinctive growing sites.
Tasting appointments occur between 10am and 3pm Monday through Friday. The maximum party size is 10 people. One of the experiences is the Vineyard Designate Experience:
An estate host gives a tour of the winery and surrounding vineyards followed by a seated tasting of six highly limited vineyard designate wines paired with small bites.
