Although just 20, chef Edwin Martinez Jimenez has been preparing Peru’s cuisine for years, under the best traditional cook (his grandmother) and modern masters in San Francisco, along with training at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena. It shows in his beautiful presentations and artful flavor combinations. Santa Rosa is lucky to have this talented chef at work here.
