La Crema has dedicated more than 30 years to exploring the many expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from California and Oregon’s finest winegrowing regions.
Craig McAllister, the head winemaker, spent his first 20 years in Christchurch, New Zealand, then lived in London for six years. He attended Lincoln University in New Zealand, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in viticulture and enology. Now, Craig believes that the best wines are those shared with family and friends over a delicious meal. He resides in Healdsburg with his family.
