Eligibility: This contest is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Employees of Sonoma Magazine and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families are not eligible.

How to Enter: All eligible entrants can enter for a chance to win by submitting a photo, biography and contact information on the submission page.

Entries will be accepted between 10:00:00 pm PST November 9, 2017 and 9:59:59 pm PST December 4, 2017. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. All entries become the property of Sonoma Magazine.

PRIZES: Full-page photo in a Sonoma Magazine issue. All applicants will receive a digital faux Sonoma Magazine cover with your photo and name.

One (1) winner will be selected by a panel of independent judges (the readers vote online for the top ten (10) entries and the judges select the final winner). The judges will base their determination on the creativity of the description and photogenic photo. The winner/s will be notified by email or telephone. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If Sonoma Magazine cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

Sonoma Magazine has no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries. All contest entrants agree to release Sonoma Magazine and its partners and affiliates from any and all claims and liability with respect to and in any way arising from participating in this contest, accepting of any prize(s), or technical, hardware, software or other failures of any kind.

All entrants agree to comply fully with each provision in these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this contest or any person who does not comply with these Official Rules, will be ineligible for any prize.

By submitting an entry, the winners agree to allow use of his or her name, and/or photograph for promoting this contest without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.

This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
