Yoga in the Vineyard at Trione Winery, Geyserville
Trione hosts a Vinyasa Flow class, facilitated by Sarah Meyer, for all ages and experience levels. Sessions take place on Trione's vast open lawn next to Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards. After an hour-long, evening session, guests can come down from their yoga high with a glass of Trione's rosé. All guests receive complimentary tasting cards for a future visit, too. $12, 5PM-6PM. Yoga+Wine at Benziger Family Winery, Glen Ellen
Instructor Jes Williams guides participants through an hour-long Vinyasa with a sequence aimed at building "confidence and [to] help you stay present and centered for the rest of your day," After finding your confidence, you'll take a walking tour through Benziger's insectary with a splash of their biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc followed by a wine tasting in their tasting room. $25-$35, 10AM-12PM. Every second Sunday through September.
Yoga in the Vineyards with Martin Ray Winery, Santa Rosa
Instructor Molly Vogel hosts yoga classes at numerous wineries throughout the region, including at Martin Ray Winery. Just over an hour long, the all-level class takes place in the morning on the grassy pavilion grounds at the winery. Afterwards, enjoy a seated outdoor wine tasting with Martin Ray wines paired with artisan cheeses. $20-$30, 9:30AM-11:45AM. Dates vary.
Yoga in the Vineyards at Emeritus, Sebastopol
Part of on an ongoing series, Emeritus hosts Molly Vogel for a bi-monthly yoga series outside next to their vineyards during warm weather months. After participating in an all-level class, attendees will sip Emeritus estate Pinot Noir wines paired with light snacks at their ultra-modern indoor-outdoor tasting room. $30, 10:15AM. Dates vary.
Yoga & Wine Experience at Bartholomew Park Winery, Sonoma
Bartholomew Park opens their historic property for what brand and retail experience manager Liddy Parlato calls "a healthy indulgence - yoga first, wine second!" Guests experience an all-level Vinyasa yoga session led by Sally Mitchell, followed by a private wine tasting paired with creative food pairings from Creative Palate Works. $60, 10:30AM-12:30PM.
